“Did you manage to find something fun?”

Once again, nothing lasts forever, not even CITY THE ANIMATION.

Like I explained in the review, of course, the show has many strong points, but the chapter adaptation decisions upset me. So how have these two months been for my relationship with it? I watched the entire episodes at first, but lost hope from chapter 5 given that it’s a story arc and, well, you know how they are… (I mean, volumes 11 and 13 got skipped) I only came for anything involving the Editorial Dept. since then.

Being positive, it fortunately didn’t flop and its fanbase undeniably grew drastically since it started airing. We had a great amount of fanart, edits and memes, ESPECIALLY the latter two. Shoutout to Mewochy, Solinus and Mino Yamamoto for carrying most of it (I’m surely wrong).

Even though I personally don’t like it, I’ll always be grateful for its existence because, after almost four years, I am finally not alone anymore.

Here’s something I should’ve said instead: go read the manga, better if bought.
